Delivery
Everything you need to know before you order: processing, rates, free delivery, in-store pickup and receiving your parcel.
Processing and dispatch
Your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 72 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm are dispatched the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During launches and busy periods (sales, drops), this may take a little longer. If so, we will let you know by email.
As soon as your parcel ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can also follow your order from your customer account.
Free delivery from €150
In mainland France, delivery is free on orders of €150 or more, to your home or to a pickup point. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Rates depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. The delivery methods available for your cart, their exact price and the estimated delivery time are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery options may differ for some items.

Nike, Nike SB, Nike ACG and Jordan Brand products cannot be delivered to the United States.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is shown when you place your order and starts from the day your parcel ships. In any case, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it is confirmed, unless a different time frame is stated at checkout.
In-store pickup
When in-store pickup is offered at checkout, it is free, at 41 rue Berger, 75001 Paris.
The store is open Monday and Sunday from 2 pm to 7:30 pm, and Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am to 7:30 pm.
Please wait for the email confirming that your order is ready before coming in: without this email, the store cannot hand over your order. Show it at the counter together with a photo ID.
Your order is held for 14 days from that email. After this period, and if a reminder goes unanswered, it may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees may be charged on delivery. They are payable by the recipient, who acts as the importer. If you refuse the parcel, return and reshipping costs remain your responsibility.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If the address is wrong or incomplete, or if the parcel is not collected within the carrier's time limit, reshipping costs are your responsibility. If the parcel is not reshipped, the price of the items is refunded once they are back with us; the original delivery costs are not refunded.
Receiving your parcel
Check the condition of the parcel in front of the delivery driver. If it is open or damaged, note precise reservations with the driver, take photos and let us know the same day at sav@starcowparis.com.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have received nothing, check with your neighbours, your building caretaker or your pickup point, then contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier. You will be asked for a written statement of non-receipt.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. All the steps are explained in our return and refund policy.
