Article 1 – Purpose

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of starcowparis.com (the "Site") by any visitor or customer (the "User"). Purchases made on the Site are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Article 2 – Site publisher

The Site is published by JUST COW, a French SARL with share capital of €7,622.45, trading as STAR-COW, registered office at 64 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, Paris RCS 409 144 425, VAT FR40409144425.

Article 3 – Acceptance

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not accept them must not use the Site.

Article 4 – Access to the Site

4.1. The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. Access and connection costs are borne by the User.

4.2. JUST COW endeavours to keep the Site available 24/7, without any guarantee. Access may be suspended, in particular for maintenance, updates or high traffic during a launch.

Article 5 – Customer account

5.1. Accounts are reserved for adults or minors with the consent of their legal guardian. One account per person is allowed.

5.2. Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep their login details confidential. Any action carried out from their account is deemed to be carried out by them, unless they promptly report unauthorised use to sav@starcowparis.com.

5.3. JUST COW may suspend or delete, after informing the User, any account used in breach of these Terms, in particular in the case of multiple accounts, false identity, use of bots or fraud.

Article 6 – Prohibited uses

It is prohibited in particular to:

  • use bots, scripts, automated software or any means to access the Site, create accounts, place orders or enter raffles automatically;
  • systematically extract or copy the Site's content or data ("scraping");
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code or attempting unauthorised access;
  • impersonate a third party or provide false information;
  • use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in breach of these Terms.

Any breach may result in suspension of access to the Site or account, cancellation of the orders concerned and, where appropriate, legal action.

Article 7 – Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, photos, videos, visuals, logos, trademarks including STARCOW, structure and databases) belong to JUST COW or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without JUST COW's prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Article 8 – User content

8.1. Where the Site allows reviews or comments, Users undertake that their content is genuine, based on their actual experience, and respects the law and third parties.

8.2. JUST COW may refuse or remove any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or unrelated to the product. Review moderation rules are described on the Site.

8.3. By publishing content, Users authorise JUST COW to reproduce and display it free of charge on the Site and its communication channels for the duration of the rights.

Article 9 – Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites, including payment, delivery providers or social networks. JUST COW has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content.

Article 10 – Liability

10.1. JUST COW takes care to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate. Errors or omissions may nevertheless occur and are corrected as soon as they are identified.

10.2. JUST COW cannot be held liable for damage resulting from an interruption of the Site, internet network malfunctions, the User's equipment, or use of the Site in breach of these Terms.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights consumers enjoy under the law.

Article 11 – Personal data and cookies

Users' personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which describes the processing, its purposes, recipients and how to exercise one's rights.

Article 12 – Changes to the Terms

JUST COW may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when the Site is used.

Article 13 – Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, Users are invited to contact customer service first to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, disputes are brought before the competent court under ordinary rules.
